Frigg is queen of the Æsir and wife of Odin, honoured in the old Norse sources as the highest of the goddesses. She keeps her own hall, Fensalir, the Marsh Halls, and is said to know every fate while telling none of them. Her distaff is remembered in the stars of Orion's Belt, and keys at the belt mark a lady's care of the household. She is the mother of Baldr, and Friday carries her name.

A portrait of Frigg in the devotional painting style of Norse Traditions: the mythology of the Poetic and Prose Eddas, and living modern Heathenry/Ásatrú [1][26]. She is also known to other Germanic peoples as Frija, printed on museum-grade matte paper.

From The Deity Project, a living encyclopedia of the sacred.
